Worked with Angela Wong and others to map the topology of microvascular networks in mice using multiphoton fluoroscopy and femtosecond laser ablation. Characterizing vasculature is fundamental to understanding the basic biology behind nutrient and signal transport pathways. This project is in collaboration with Cornelia Farnum and Mark Roberson in the Biomedical Sciences department of the Vet school. Chanson completed a Masters of Engineering degree Biomedical Engineering at Cornell in 2007 and began work in a patent law firm. He began law school the following year.
