I am working with David to develop an in vivo imaging setup that allows multiphoton microscopy of the mouse kidney. We have designed a kidney stabilization setup using Solidworks and 3D printing. I have also performed nephrectomy and taken 2PE and 3PE images to visualize the renal structures. We hope to develop a long-term setup using abdominal window and investigate cardio-renal interactions in various mouse models.
