Assessed the role of bone marrow derived cells in the formation of tumor, namely glioblastoma, neovasculature through in-vivo imaging via two-photon excited fluorescence microscopy in murine models; involved in training peers in all aspects of the project, and responsibilities included performing craniotomies in order to create cranial windows on mice and using the two-photon microscope for live imaging
